A few thoughts:
Firstly what's going to be plugged into the powered hub? I am assuming its USB stuff.
If you need one then Raspberry Pi USB 3 Hub £11.20, PSU for it Raspberry Pi 15W USB-C Power Supply - UK Plug £7.50, or possibly get a spare Pi 5 27W psu and use that. It will not give you any more power to the peripherals but is £3.90 more and could be really useful for something else as its PD multi voltage, check the spec.
As to your original power question, you could buy:
Option A, presuming you already have working 240v mains power adapters for the Raid Array and Switch:
An Pi5 Official PSU £11.40
A quality 6 way mains extension block £12 -> £20
Plug everything in, including,if you needed the powered hub, the psu for that.
Very little finger crossing needed, and as a bonus somewhere to plug in a monitor and one of your chargers to charge something as well.
Option B:
A quality 12v 10A psu £40 -> £60
A device designed specifically to power a pi 5 from 12V £20 -> £30
Leads to power the Raid box, the switch (and possible powered hub) with the appropriate connectors for them (careful with that and whatever you do, DO NOT cut off the leads from your existing adaptors) £5 -> £10
A secure and tidy way to connect all that to the 12v supply £?.
Total cost circa £80
Cross your fingers and hope it all works and is reliable
Option C: something else.
Option A is possibly less visually appealing but if that is the number one goal you would have bought something like a PC in an ATX case that would take the drives, for example, not something that needs so many separate elements.
My experience is that the simple solutions very often prove to be the best, but its your choice, of course.
Just another thought, you MAY need to consider whether the raid array needs to be powered up and stable before you boot the Pi.
