Search for "satellite dish actuators" or similar. I imagine they're still available.
IIRC the ones we looked at had a 12V motor driving a lead screw, with limit switches and possibly some sort of rotation pulse.
Being for consumers (to move the dish between two different satellites), they were surprisingly cheap (and not particularly nasty).
