I recommend you switch to another, smaller project, where you can learn how to control the servers by themselves.
Once you do that and you manage see what code is needed to start, stop, move the servos, you can take that code and add it to your larger project to control the servos as needed.
Here's a couple of links to get you going, the second one is a video on youtube, a tutorial on how to use the PCA9685 controller with a Raspberry Pi using python.
