From the capabilities listed, you don't have the QT preview option enabled. I suggest you re-install the full rpicam-apps package rather than the lite that you have right now:

Hello, ever since you sent me the above code I have been trying to find out what the "*" means at the end of the uninstall line.... and I have given up, can you advise please?
