OMV can take care of raiding them (similar to Synology DSM). I guess my question was can I just plug and play my two, 2TB drives from the Synology NAS to this drive bay. Of course what I'll do is backup the existing data from one of the drives somewhere in case, then plug and play and see if OMV recognizes the data ( I believe OVM does recognize ext4).
