Thanks for the 'RBIT-3' and 'RBIT-8' explanation. Blindingly obvious in hindsight but it wasn't clear to me initially. I think it would be worth adding what you posted to the datasheet.

Also, if not generally possible to update 'ECC' entries, which all the user pages and user rows are, it might be worth noting that these are leaning towards being genuinely OTP, that progressively setting bits, isn't an option, as that wasn't clear to me.
