Greetings all .. Not new to IT but newish to Pi.

I am building my first Nerd project with Pi and have an idea that I need to vet out if its even theoretically feasable:

Goal:
Display from one PI onto five displays. 1080p. Not super high frame rate. More like kiosk

Ex:
pi001 (10.10.10.100) (wifi added.. which .. how.. tbd)
tv001 (10.10.10.101)
tv002 (10.10.10.102)
tv003 (10.10.10.103)
tv004 (10.10.10.104)
tv005 (10.10.10.105)
blackbean01 (10.10.10.106)

Workflow:
Ubuntu -> pi001 --> Calls blackbean01 to turn TVs 1-5 on. Set input "miricast" -> Remote control from pi001 via Miricast protocol over wifi to control tv001-005 -> Set display for each TV.. where it looks as one image.

Concerns:
1) Wifi chip to work miricast protocol which also work with pi
2) Can Pi 4 handle streaming over Wifi 5 x 1080p ~@10fps
3) Can I then "release" one TV.. say someone with laptop/phone wants to take over a given screen

I don't see any high level limitations to this. But can and with what hardware would pi enable this. I am looking at a pi as It has low power and size such that it will fit where I need it... plus.. its cool :)
