I wish there was an unsubscribe or unwatch button for posts around here.
Although I find the name adopted by the forum software to be inappropriate and distasteful, clicking on the forum User ID for a user will bring up a menu which includes an option to no longer display posts from that user. Instead of 'Add Friend', choose the other one.
