Hello all
I have been trying to get my Pi 5 to boot off of my Pimaroni NMVe hat but no matter what I try it will not boot from the SSD.
I have updated everything, and the SSD shows in bootloader and I can select it and it tells me that boot order is set to NMVe I click ok shut down remove SD and boot up, it will not boot up.
I put the SD card back in go back to raspi-config and the boot order is SD.
My NMVe shows in the Pi Os file manager and states that it is an installation of Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
But it says Authentication is required to mount N256T3V-CLAAN0001 (/dev/nmveOn1p1)
What have I done wrong? And what can I do to be able to get the raspberry pi 5 to boot from the SSD.
Any help is very much appreciated as this is my first Pi.
