Is there an analog-digital converter that would work?

gwfami
commonly called a load cell.
4 wires - Reb, Blk, wht,grn
Red-black is excitation voltage
white-green is output (analog Millivolts)
stated sensitivity is 1 to 1.5 mV/V
so:
assuming 10 volt excitation (red/blk)
output will be 10-15 millivolts at 200kg load.
Be aware that the - output wire will not be at ground, so you need a differential input A/D converter

suggest buying a load cell signal interface. Signals are small.

Since the PI has no analog inputs, you will need something like this.
