Dear Group,
Wonder if anyone can help me with some issues with a ‘Bitscope BS10U’?
> Pi 5
> Bookworm 64 bit
To get the ‘DSO’ software to actually work, I had to add kernel=kernel8.img in /boot/firmware/config.txt. I was getting an ‘offset not page aligned’ with libthread.so.0 prior.
When any waveform is displayed, the Pi becomes very unresponsive. If I remove the signal the Pi is back to normal. By unresponsive, I mean the mouse is very jumpy and keyboard inputs ‘eventually catch up’.
During testing:
> The Bitscope ‘meter’ app works fine.
> Tried both flavours of USB port.
> How the waveform is displayed in the virtual CRT determines the unresponsiveness!
Not sure it is related, but in the terminal session that is invoked, I get a warning ‘unable to locate theme in module-path pixflat’.
Many thanks,
Richard
