HDMI to VGA adapters are cheap and work incredibly well.
I was going to recommend the Amazon Basics adapter as I've used it, but they have redesigned it since I bought it. Mine has an HDMI male (plug) and VGA female (socket) so needs a VGA lead to connect. The current version is the opposite way around, so you need an HDMI lead to connect it in. They may not have changed any of the electronics, but I can't guarantee that.
Using a VGA666 board is possible to get a second output from the Pi0, but it's only 18bit video rather than 24, and you lose almost all your GPIOs.
