Camera board • ERROR : no camera available

Hi Newbie Here. I have a raspberry pi 3 model b and camera module v2. I've encountered an error which is this
pi@raspberry:~ $ libcamera-hello
error: XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not set in the environment.
Made X/EGL preview window

ERROR: * no cameras available *
I don't know if my camera is okay or not, but I haven't used it. Do you know how to fix this? Thank
