(Assuming you're using Raspberry PiOS "Bookworm fully updated/upgraded on it) boot from the SD card only then plug in the USB-based storage devices individually, one at a time and copy (for later posting here within code tags) the outputs of:Hi,
So the fact : my RPI5B 8G does not boot on my Intenso TX-100 USB portable SSD (Raspberry pi OS lite, headless), led fixed green on RPI, fixed blue on SSD.
What did I did :
'ed the RPI -> was already up to dateCode:
sudo apt full-upgrade
- Upgraded power supply and USB C-C cable -> power supply 65W, cable 100W
- (Read almost all this forum, and googled for hours -> no success)
- Flashed an sd card with the same OS -> booted successfully
- Plugged the SSD with the OS on the sd card -> could mount it (SDA1) and read / write content
- Flashed a USB stick with same OS -> RPI don't boot on it
Looks to me like my RPI/power supply/SSD device works fine, but can't boot. And now I'm out of ideas, could you bring me some ?
