I'd suggest trying the pads that come with an aluminium heatsink case. Even the best pads you can buy will probably only make a couple of °C difference with a Pi.Also. What counts as a good thermal pad.
One of my Pi4B aluminium heatsink cases came with the option of either using a standard thermal pad or a copper shim on the SoC. I tried it both ways using some Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut I had left over from a PC build with the copper shim and even that only made 3°C difference under heavy loads.
Remember that temperature measurement starts at absolute zero, so even a 3°C improvement only equates to around 1%.
