Automation, sensing and robotics • modbus RTD

Hi all,
I have 5 temperature RTD controllers (support Modbus RTU) and a HMI screen and I want to connect to a raspberry pi using this rpi as master. I have never did this kind of configuration and my question is if it is possible and how can I make the connections.
