Maybe your numbers won't add up if you go into details. What battery capacity you have in your laptop? It is quite likely Pi5 will run longer on same battery. The numbers in mAh are relative to voltage which can be 11V (=3.7V*3) in laptop, best is number in Wh which includes both. Powerbanks can have similar number rating in mAh but at 3.7V which is voltage of single cell so the capacity may be 1/3 of same mAh laptop battery.
