Though the problem is with NVMe do your 16GB and 8GB models have different performance for GeekBench 5 and 6?

I don't see any huge differences.

Yeah! Those look like the correct scores to me. That really narrows it down to the NVMe. I know the SSDs are the same brand and model. Is the SMART output from smartctl also identical?
