General discussion • How to add WiFi networks on PiOS bookworm?

I have been using RPi devices since 2012 and since the first RPi with built-in wifi I have been able to set up WiFi connections by editing the /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf file.
I use that to define several wifi networks so that if the RPi moves to another location it will be able to connect there too.
But it seems like the conf file has disappeared, does this mean that on PiOS there is now a different way to define a WiFi network not yet seen by the RPi4B?

Now I am preparing an RPi to be used on another location and when I am configuring it the connection is to my home WiFi.
How can I now enter the other WiFi data such that it will connect when powered up on location?
I will not be there, it has to happen automatically.

Note:
I am doing most of the config on the command line via ssh (PuTTY)
