it may be useful that experts from raspberry indicate how and which peripherals are restricted. As far as pi5 needs 5A to work normally and that there is no power bank doing the job, this information would help to decide what to do.I bought a 5V/3A power bank.
I just plugged it.
pi5 displayed the message that peripherals will be restricted as the power bank is not capable of providing 5A.
