Troubleshooting • RPi5 Steady red light

I have a steady red light showing with steady but occasionally blinking green light on my Pi 5 running 64-bit Bookworm. I am using the correct 5v Raspberry Pi branded power source and the Raspberry Pi branded active cooler. It powers on and appears to be functioning. I'm using it right now to post this. Is this light showing normal? I've had this Pi for a little over 1 week, received in mail on Feb. 15th, and I believe it had just a green light showing when it was turned on. I noticed this red light about 5 days ago. Any help would be appreciated, just know that I am very new to Raspberry Pi (this is my first). As well, I am not familiar with Linux as this is the first machine I have used with a Linux OS.
