I've played the video using both VLC and MPC-BE, and it is cut off at 17 seconds. Different capture runs produce files with different durations; it seems non-deterministic.
I have also tried encoding it using ffmpeg:

I'm curious if it might be an issue with my Pi Zero W being underpowered? Although I believe it's supported for 1080p encoding?
My SD card is a Samsung V30 A2; and I've also tried a Pro Endurance card; so it's not the SD card hitting bottlenecks.
