I have tried to get frame data by setting resolution of 640x480 using the v4lctl command in terminal. I get constant 29.93 FPS but I am unable to get any valid frames (receiving corrupted data).
Can you please suggest any further changes. Can you please also suggest any good source to learn all the concepts regarding camera sensors and their calculations. I am new to the field and have very little to no knowledge about this stuff. As far as I have read, I believe that there is a sync problem but would be glad if you could help me with this.
I have also tried to use the OV5647 camera driver code from rpi-6.12.y kernel source as it is with only compatible string changed according to my camera. It detects my camera but I get error "failed to read reg 4814" and changes register addresses in RPI completely due to which I have to reset my RPI.
