I think command queueing with an untested third-party SD card is at your own risk. If it doesn't work, the way you're going to find out is the filesystem will become corrupt. After that there is no need to get in and disable it because a complete reinstall will be necessary anyway.I think that's a good suggestion, if it were possible to do that. Although if the card failed to work properly with CQ enabled, how would the user be able to get in and disable CQ mode?...
For example, include an item to enable command queueing in raspi-config and document it.
