You mean 11/Bullseye -> 12/Bookworm?
I currently can't upgrade or even reinstall the OS (11/Bullseye --> 12/Buster)
For some reason 32bit Raspbian Bullseye is stuck on the old Firefox-ESR branch.
I remember somebody mentioned the 64bit version received the bump to a newer ESR branch
You can try manually installing the package or maybe switching to Firefox RR from Pi-Apps (if it still works)
