Hello,
I have just completed a new image install of Bookworm 64 bit onto and RPi5 as part of some project work related to becoming more familiar with the Rpi Camera series of hardware and I found it surprising the rpicam apps was not part of that image. Here are some other facts relating to the new image install:-
Which version of Raspberry Pi imager did you use? V1.8.5
What host system were you using? MacOSX Sequoia 15.2
What device did you select in Imager? RPi5
What operating system image did you select in Imager? Bookworm 64 bit
Were there any other missing packages? not that I am aware off
Were you able to install rpicam-apps with apt after the first boot? yes
Thanks
JohnW
