Adding `video=HDMI-A-1:1280x720D@60` to the command line had no effect.
The display diagnostic line reads “display: DISP0: HDMI HPD=1 EDID=ok #2 DISP1: HPD=0 EDID=none #0”.
The HDMI is working with a different Dell monitor, a P2222H, a 1080P panel. So a 1080P native monitor works, but devices with any higher resolution have no output under Linux, regardless of forced video mode.
