I have a RPi4b running updated standard Bullseye and am connecting to it via VNC from my Win10 PC. What it's doing is freezing every 5 seconds, and staying frozen for 5 seconds, and then unfreezing for 5 seconds and this just repeats. I don't have any other special settings related to screens or VNC that I know of, it's a standard Bullseye installation. Can you please help me make it stop doing this.
