That's what the board says apparently.
There's another board that I can't take a picture of that has the same encoders.
I understand how they work I just don't understand how to interface to them now is there just one pin that I hook up to the Arduino or to the raspberry pi to get the information out. I'm assuming they're using them in this pill machine to determine where the pill tray is and the motor that moves the pill arm up and down and back and forth.
