Buying a decent book on Linux may also be useful, to learn about all the cli tools. I have always been partial to the O'Reilly series of books. However I have not bought a new book on Linux in over 20 years, as I have been using it for a long time.
Are you learning from scratch or are you coming at it with experience in another operating system?
It does somewhat depend on your goals. A long time ago, you really needed to learn the cli tools to be functional in Unix or Linux. Now there are graphical tools to do almost everything and you can be very functional with very little interaction with a terminal. A terminal and command line will always be fast for certain task, but it also requires more knowledge and may have less safeguards than the equivalent GUI tool. A misplaced "-R" in a number of commands will make you very sad.
