Hello
I have a 10.1" touch screen with HDMI input and a usb connection for touch to my Pi5. I tried out a fresh Bookworm image on a new SD card and I have found that pinch zooming no longer works (browser/image viewer/other software). I think it might be because the Pi doesn't recognize the multi touch but I'm not sure how to test if this is the case. I have the SD card I created 5 months ago and when I boot from that, without changing anything (same cables, PSU) the pinch zoom works. I'm not sure how to start to find the issue.
dmesg shows this when I replug the USB cable to the screen:
hid-multitouch 0003:8440:2004.0005: input,hidraw1: USB HID v1.10 Device [wch.cn USB2IIC_CTP_CONTROL] on usb-xhci-hcd.1-1/input0
It says multitouch... Something in the latest Bookworm image has caused this and I don't know how to go about finding the reason. Any help would be appreciated.
