Thagrol,
Appreciate the response there. I was indeed incorrectly applying your instructions.
I have corrected course and am proceeding toward the "6.1.1 Autostart Via wayfire.ini" route.
I have opened $Home/.config/wayfire.ini in a text editor, and have added [autostart] to the end of the file.
My executable python file "start.py" is located in my Documents folder.
Your final directive under 6.1.1.3 states that entries should be added in the following format: "unique id = some command".
Apologies as I am not as familiar with this, but historically I just included the file location and executable name. I guess my confusion is how I might formulate this into a command that will call the executable python file in my Documents folder?
Any thoughts/hints on how best to formulate this command?
