Neither of those are for a power button.
The two pin one is for a backup battery for the RTC (in the PMIC).
The three pin one is a 3.3v TTL UART.
I'd expect to find details of the required connector and its pinout in the official documentation (there's a link at the top of this page).
There is a pair of unpopulated PTH holes for a remote power button. Again, check the official documentation for their location.
