Looking at "I have updated every type of USB driver...", have you tried what it says in the offical documentation "Getting started with Raspberry Pi Pico-series" dated 15 October 2024
"Download and run Zadig, select RP2 Boot (Interface 1) from the dropdown box and select WinUSB as the driver, and click on the "Install Driver" button."
