So it worked everywhere but on that Win 11 PC. I have WIn 10, can't help with Win 11 until late next year. One thing that rdanah can try is to use different ports on that Win 11 PC. If that doesn't work, and since the Pico board and cable works on other PCs, it could be a Win 11 PC hardware issue -- for example, I had an ASUS PC that crashes regularly when using USB3 on Win 7 (this was when USB3 was relatively new) but upon upgrading, the Win 10 USB3 drivers were stable with no issues.
