Camera board • Use a 1.3 on RPi5?

Hi, I'm considering upgrading my RPi4's (on 3D printers) to RPi5s.
I have a RPi5 - fully updated - and they show both v1.3 cameras I have connected 0 and 1 - but only for 1 second: then they stop showing content.
Is the v1.3 not compatible with RPi5?
Has anyone any ideas?
