My CMakeLists.txt builds without errors but I cannot click the `Run Project (USB)` button or any other buttons under the Project tab. There is nothing about why this may occur in the documentation. This happened out of nowhere and I cannot figure out how to make them be available again. I have tried selecting the `Developer: Reload Window` option inside of the command pallet, reconfiguring CMake and deleting the cache, selecting a new CMake kit and restarting VSCode. When I go to any other project, these buttons are all accessible. The issue is only with this particular project.
