OK thanks I have found out what was happening.
I was using the extract application to move the files into the correct place, like I have always done successfully before.
This time I used exactly the method you suggested for the extraction and this time it worked.![:D]( "Very Happy")
I still got the error messages that I showed before about not being able to touch the icon files I got before, but this time it didn't seem to matter.
