Advanced users • Route VPN Server Output to VPN Client (Multi-Hop)

My setup is a bit convoluted, that I don't want to go into but:

I have a VPN Server (ServerA) on ip address 192.168.2.10 (192.168.2.0/24) for access into my home network.
I have a VPN Client (ClientC) on ip address 192.168.3.5 (192.168.3.0/24) of my home network, that I use to connect to a remote VPN Server (ServerB) when in my home network, and on that subnet.

I would like to set up routing such that when I am outside my home network and VPN into ServerA:
1) Local traffic is routed to all my subnets as usual
2) Traffic bound for networks outside my home network (eg: public IPs) is routed to ClientC so that it continues onto ServerB.

Can this be done with Routing Tables? If so, how?
Or should I just put ServerA on the same subnet as ClientC? Would that work without confusing the hell out of ServerA, ClientC and ServerB?

Thanks!
