Arduino IDE has its own java AFAIR, I have done several brute-force copying of the whole installation from one computer to the other, x86, Armv7, Armv8, no issue. But was/is installed from own installer downloads, 1.8.5 version, was newer than the one provided by Debian apt, that might have dependencies. But then those avr java packages should not have appeared in the list.
