General discussion • RPI 5 device acces vis ssh or usb

I am using yocto build branch scarthgap
I want to access device (pi) via ssh
I added openssh pakage
Init system is systemd
Make sure daemon sshd run at bootup
but still i cannot see pi
I already scanned my local network using nmap
Does anyone faced this issue?
And
is there anyway to access it via uart pin 10 and pin 8
