Troubleshooting • Not booting Raspberry pi 4

Hi,

I observe a big problem with my raspberry Pi 4, it refuse to boot , i work with a developpment card https://www.waveshare.com/product/raspb ... -board.htm

When i power on , the red light is on , the green light is on just when i plug the power during maybe 1 seconds and stay off.
My board is connected to an HDMI screen , but nothing is displayed on it (no raspberry icon), it stay black like no HDMI signal is detected.

I tried to reinstall the bootloader and Raspi OS with Raspi imager tool, but i always observe the same result.

The only that i can do , it 's to connect to a computer via USB and run "rpi-mass-storage-gadget.bat" and with a connected screen is could observe that a console is displayed with i think a limited command list (i could do a ls or pwd for example).
and to connect to this console i entered login: root and no password


So i don't know what i can do, and i don't understand in which state my raspberry is ?

Have you any explication or solution for me ?
