Been a couple of years since I've played around with a raspberry pi, and I ordered a kit with a 4x8x8 matrix display to mess around with. I just can't get this darn thing to work! I'm mainly going off of this tutorial: https://www.instructables.com/Raspberry ... Scrolling/
This is a new, out of the box Pi Pico. I've tried a few other tutorials and I'm coming up with the same issue, I even tried uploading a new uf2 file. Here's a photo, the right-most display is working fine (looks weird in photo becuase text is scrolling).

Here's the wiring, I think I have it setup correctly.
