General discussion • Raspberry pi 5 doesnt boot and light stays red. And the seller says he has to send raspberry pi to UK!

Hi, I have been using a PI5 to run libreleec. I bought the product from offical raspberrypi reseller silverline electronics India.
I had the gpios 2 and 3 not working from the start and had raised the issue with the seller and he didnt respond to it at all.
So i just let the Pi to be used as a media center running libreelec installed through pi imager. Pi5 was in offical case and
had offical cooler and official type c adapter. So it was running well and two days age it didnt boot. The light stayed at
solid red and no green light at all. I went through the forums and tried

1. Switching sd cards
2. Running the pi without sd card
3. switching power supplies
4. removing the cooler
5. Resetting the bootloader through the pi imager

so far it doesnt work. the light stays red and no signs of heating in any places.

Now i sent a message to the seller to claim a warranty as many such people too have faced such issues
and he says he needs to send the pi to the UK to get it tested ! Which i cant belive. I think he is just trying to
scare me away from raising a claim. I need your help in handling this guys.
