Arch and the Manjaro derivative are rolling Linux distributions that roll about as fast as the release cycles of the component software. Void rolls a bit slower on purpose, is independently maintained and uses a different package manager.I think you would need to rebuild it yourself to get bleeding edge software.
Given the support by Arch I'm surprised the Pi 5 is not listed as a supported for Manjaro. Maybe the documentation is not up to date and it just works.
