The debug log indicates that your WLAN adapter is configured in 'station' mode, connected to an SSID called MobileWifiExt. If you didn't use RaspAP to configure this, most often this occurs when preparing the SD card with the Raspberry Pi Imager (or similar) utility. The wlan0 interface cannot be used as an AP while it's in this mode. There's a special mode known as AP-STA, but let's leave this aside for now ;-)

The Atheros AR9271 is supported with in-kernel drivers and is a reasonably good chipset, so it should be ready to use. Disconnect from your local wireless network (you may use RaspAP's WiFi client UI for this) and try starting your AP again.
