Hope this makes sense. Sorry but I am not familiar with very much pi coding. Definately got a steep learning curve...but my servos do work from my own text strings.

I only use this on clear nights in my observatory to turn on power, some lights, servos to open servos to control telescope lens covers etc and thren only about tweenty to thirty times a year when we have clear nights so its not worth paying £100 to use realVNC now they have started to charge for all users.

So, somehow I need to be able to see my pi screen on my observatory desktop which I can then control remotely from my study. Anmy solution will do but I thought tight vnc would be easiest.
