445.5MHz is supposedly HDMI noise.

the frequency of the hdmi noise will depend on what resolution its running at

also, with nothing connected, there should be basically zero output on the hdmi, even if it was activethe hdmi output is open-drain without pullups
the hdmi input has the pullups

so when the output disconnected, all you have is 2 floating pins that get pulled to gnd alternatively
