I also tried WPA2 PSK only on my mikrotik router, but without success (so disabling WPA3 PSK).

So WPA3 is not the issue here, even on WPA2 it does not work... I also tried all different encryption methods separately (TKIP, CCMP, GCMP, CCMP256, GCMP256) but none works.
