I remember contacting ,microchip via email back in the day asking a question and getting an being cc'ed back on the email from someone asking some Bob to reply to me with the help I was looking for. I was trying to use one of their early mcus with USB interface. Two days later I had all the info I needed and a ton that I didn't need either but Bob thought would help me in the future.
The crystalfontz site has a phone number at the top of the page, another few numbers at the bottom, in addition to a"contact" link that will put you in touch with someone who can help. The PDF contains several phone numbers on the last page along with several email addresses too.
